Membership & Payments

  • Memberships are subject to the terms outlined in your membership agreement.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except as specified in the terms of your membership or by applicable law.
  • Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Primal Fitness & Sport.

Health & Safety

  • Members are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program.
  • Primal Fitness & Sport is not responsible for injuries sustained due to improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Liability Disclaimer

  • While we prioritize member safety, participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. Primal Fitness & Sport shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained while using our facilities or participating in our programs.
  • By becoming a member or visitor, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Code of Conduct

  • Members must behave respectfully toward staff, other members, and visitors.
  • Disruptive behavior, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
  • Facilities and equipment must be treated with care. Any damages caused by negligent behavior may result in fines or penalties.

Facility Rules

  • Appropriate attire, including gym shoes, must be worn at all times.
  • Food and beverages (except water) are prohibited in workout areas.
  • Lockers are provided for convenience; however, Primal Fitness & Sport is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Changes to Terms

  • Primal Fitness & Sport reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
